Upgrade, downgrade, or handle invoices without waiting on support

Use the billing portal first for card updates, invoices, and plan changes.

Steps

    Open settings and launch the Stripe billing portal from the billing section.

  2. 2

    Update your card there first if you are seeing payment issues or invoice failures.

  3. 3

    Use the same portal for invoices, cancellations, and self-serve subscription changes.

  4. 4

    If the billing state in ProBuilderStack still looks wrong after Stripe updates, open billing support.
