2. Description of Service
ProBuilderStack is an AI-powered proposal generation platform designed for contractors and trade professionals. The service generates professional proposals, manages proposal history, and provides branded PDF output for your business.
3. Subscription and Billing
ProBuilderStack offers a Free plan with up to 1 proposal per month, Pro at $27/month or $270/year, and Premium at $79/month. You may cancel any paid subscription before your next renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless covered by our guarantee.
4. Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions are covered by a 30-day Pro guarantee. If you try Pro on real jobs and decide within 30 days that it is not a fit for your workflow, use the help center or contact us from inside your account for a refund of your subscription. No hoops.
5. Use of Service
You must be a legitimate contractor or trade professional to use ProBuilderStack. You may not resell access to the service, scrape content or data from the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
ProBuilderStack owns all rights to the platform, including its design, code, and AI models. You retain full ownership of your proposal content and client data generated through the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ProBuilderStack does not guarantee specific revenue results, job closings, or business outcomes from using the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProBuilderStack's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 30 days.
