What to do if proposal generation is slow or looks stuck
Most generation issues are temporary. Check inputs, retry once, then send support the job details.

Steps

Wait 30 seconds before deciding the request is dead.

Refresh once only if you changed inputs or the browser state looks stale.
- 3
Retry the generation with the same job details after the page stabilizes.
- 4
If it still fails, open support and include the trade, job type, and what happened.
