Fix client signing problems fast
Most signing issues come from the wrong link, the wrong email, or a stale proposal version.

Steps

Make sure the client is using the latest proposal link you sent, not an older message thread.

If you set a client email on the proposal, confirm the signer is using that same email address.

If the client requested changes, revise and resend instead of pushing them to sign the wrong version.

If the issue persists, open support and include the proposal number, signer email, and exact error text.
