What to do when the client says they never got the proposal

Check spelling, resend from the dashboard, and confirm they are opening the right link.

Steps

    Confirm the client email address is correct on the proposal record.

    Resend the link from the dashboard instead of generating a new proposal from scratch.

  3. 3

    Ask the client to search spam or promotions if they still do not see it.

  4. 4

    If the link still fails, open support with the proposal number and the client email used.
